Rules

Clear expectations that protect immersion, fairness, and long-form roleplay across NCRP.

Discord Regulations

  1. Please use the channels for their intended purpose. Posting in the correct channels helps keep the chats clean, and easy to read through and moderate.
  2. We do not condone any form of bullying or harassment. Treat others the same as you would want to be treated. Insulting any members or departments will not be tolerated.
  3. Do not post anything which contains racist content, hurtful content, or anything NSFW. Doing so will result in a permanent, non-appealable ban.
  4. Advertising other Discord Guilds, FiveM Servers, or other communities in any form is not allowed. This includes DM advertising, attempting to post links for other communities in our guild, etc.
  5. Do not discuss any kind of cheats, leaks or hacks.
  6. Pinging or DMing members of staff or department command is prohibited unless asked to.
  7. Any act of stolen valor (claiming you're IRL Military, Fire, EMS, Police, etc when you're not) WILL NOT be tolerated in the server.
  8. To join a department you must be 15 years of age or older.
  9. Poaching members who are members of another department to get them to join your department is highly prohibited.
  10. You may not be in 2 Law Enforcement departments, or full time in both Law Enforcement and SAFR.
  11. Do not engage in or start political discussions, or discuss politics or politicians.
  12. The NCRP IAA Team reserves the right to change these rules at any time with or without reason, and to punish anyone breaking these rules.

FiveM Server Regulations

  1. Any form of RDM or VDM is not allowed and is not RP.
  2. Racism, harassment or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. You must remain respectful at all times.
  3. All players must stay in character and not talk out of RP, or break character in any form.
  4. LEOs must use the weapons provided by the ERS AI or /loadout command.
  5. Utilizing mod menus, hacks, cheats, or exploits will result in a permanent ban from the community. Threatening to do these things will also result in the same punishment.
  6. You must RP everything out. You cannot respawn your car after crashing it, stop RP just because you don't want to RP something or with someone, and you cannot respawn your ped after death without proper RP. Keep everything realistic at all times.
  7. ALL LEO must have Yellow SA EXEMPT license plate, and it must display your callsign.
  8. Do not enter a Staff (FIB) vehicle without prior permission or request.
  9. This is an English only server. Please ensure you are using English in text, voice and your name. You must have a working mic to play in the city.
  10. No inappropriate names that include but not limited to racism, offensive, sexist or harmful. When operating as LEO your name must be the correct format for that department.
  11. You must follow the Jurisdiction Map AT ALL TIMES! Exceptions: 10-80 or approval by highest ranking supervisors.
  12. Doing any violent RP or running from the police on priority cooldown or during an active priority will result in punishment. Only exception is if it is your priority.
  13. You may not edit the street signs unless you are on duty LEO, SAFR or SADOT.
  14. Allowed to take part in a maximum of one priority scene between server restarts as a civilian; violating this can lead to a 6 hour in-game non-appealable ban.
  15. ProjectX vehicles are to remain at Nova Moskva & not allowed in state.
  16. You must be in the CAD when roleplaying in server, and LEO must be updating their status in the CAD.
  17. Attempting to access properties that do not belong to you without proper authorization may result in disciplinary action.
  18. The NCRP IAA Team reserves the right to change these rules at any time with or without reason, and to punish anyone breaking these rules.

Blacklisted Roleplay

The following types of roleplay are prohibited in the Nevada County Roleplay community:

  • Federal Employee Roleplay
  • Sexual/Erotic Roleplay
  • Terrorism
  • Torture
  • Gang/Mafia Roleplay (Unless Rep 4+)

The NCRP IAA Team reserves the right to change this list at any time with or without reason, and to punish anyone doing these types of roleplay.
